The purpose of BuyMyAsphalt is for a private seller (or a dealer) to have the ability to post a piece of used asphalt equipment on this site and have the entire transaction done between the buyer and seller.

• If possible, DEAL LOCALLY with someone you can meet in person - This one rule will probably curb 99% of all fraudulent scams.
• NEVER give someone any kind of financial information whether it is a bank account number, social security number, eBay/PayPal login info, etc.
• If a seller offers deals involving shipping or escrow services, stay away from them. Also, keep in mind that only a scammer will "GUARANTEE" your transaction.
