SealMaster Sp300 Dual Squeegee Machine

Have a newer Sealmaster SP300 Dual Squeege machine. Only has around 85 hours, and is ready to go like new. Has Kubota diesel engine full agitation, has water tank / water mister. Setup to squeege, spray with spray bar or spray with hose and wand. Capable of doing a large parking lot in very little time. Can spray out the whole tank in about 10 minutes. Great machine for someone doing commercial lots or short handed with employees. They are very expensive new, and this one is like new. Has all options plus its diesel. I am asking $45k, I have a new trailer it goes on, I would let both go together for $50k
I would possibly be interested in trading for a newer low hour tow behind hot crackfiller with heated hose setup, or new wheeled skid steer machine. Must be worth atleast 45k to 50k
